DRY SKIN
An excessively dry skin can benefit from a face pack if a few simple points are observed. After cleansing the
skin, smooth a light film of almond oil over the face before applying the pack. Always wash off the pack
with warm water. Do not splash the face with cold water afterwards, as this contracts the skin, closes the
skin pores and has a drying effect. Immediately after using a pack, cover the skin with basic herb moisturizer.
Herbs helpful for dry skins include comfrey, fennel, marigold, red clover, borage, coltsfoot, lady's mantle,
salad burnet, marshmallow and elderflower.
